Most of us experience three stages of life before contentment. I like to refer to this as “how full is your glass” strategy.

Level one is:

“Your glass is totally empty” - you are not happy with your life and have no idea what to do to change it.

Level two is:

“Your glass is half full” -you have read a few books, been to a few seminars, sort of know what to do, but don’t know where to start. You want to finally get a handle on your life.

Level three is:

“Your glass is totally full” - you have all anyone needs and wants in life but still feel spiritually empty.
